Local Recycling Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service & Business Operations teammate to cover maternity leave in Darwen. You will be the customer-facing voice, answering calls, helping people sell their vehicles, and updating our systems in a fast-paced, working scrapyard environment.

Join a hands-on team that values positivity and reliability. This 12-month fixed-term contract could lead to permanent opportunities, with daily customer contact, collaboration with office and yard

Qualifications

• Have previous customer service experience
• Be confident speaking on the phone
• Be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
• Have a strong work ethic and be reliable
• Stay calm under pressure
• Have at least 1 year of experience using a CRM system
