As our Customer Experience Manager you'll be responsible for the front of house staff and operation, whether they're welcoming audiences in for a show or serving them in any of our beautiful bars or kiosks.

  • Lead front of house staff and operations, including welcoming audiences in for a show and serving them in our bars or kiosks.
  • Embed high standards of hospitality while developing new business opportunities in a busy, dynamic venue.
  • Collaborate with venue teams and producers to deliver excellent guest experiences and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience of leading customer facing teams, with experience in food and beverage, catering or hospitality management and delivery.
  • Ability to embed high standards while developing new business opportunities in a busy, commercial and target driven environment.
