Overview

Customer Operations Manager – Adventure Sports Industry

Company: Zest 4 Talent • Maidstone, Kent, UK

Salary: c. £40,000 (negotiable) – paid at 80% initially

Working Pattern: Fri–Sun (3 days) until September, then 4 days per week

Note: Expected to transition to a 5-day week within 12 months, returning to full salary
