Customer Service Executive - Bramhall - £25,000 DOE + Benefits

Full-time - Office-based

A fabulous financial services company are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy, bustling & hardworking team in their state of the art office in Bramhall, Stockport.

Working alternating weekly patterns of 8:30am - 5pm or 9:30am - 6pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 - 6pm Fridays, you will:

  • Represent the business as a frontline ambassador and first point of contact, a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Deliver a world class customer experience to all employees, contractors, partners and third parties without exception
  • Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support whilst exhibiting the core behaviours and values
  • Work individually and collectively towards core objectives, team goals, SLA s and KPI s whilst displaying a can-do attitude and positive mindset
  • Managing all communication lines - WhatsApp, emails and calls and online presence - Trustpilot and Google Reviews
