As one of our Customer Experience Coordinators, you will ensure that our day-to-day service support activities are completed smoothly and effectively. Your excellent customer service skills and ability to react in a timely manner will be essential to this role, as you will be responsible for responding to incoming customer calls, ensuring they are logged on our CRM system and appropriately escalated to the relevant service member.
No day will be the same in this role, as you will also play a pro-active role in ensuring all services, upgrades and planned maintenance are scheduled for our customers. This will include assigning planned maintenance tasks to our engineers and co-ordinating their schedules, as well as regular communication with our customers to ensure they are updated on timescales. In addition, you will also ensure all service and commercial parts are ordered and that quotations are raised, thus ensuring maximum service efficiency.
