Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or complaints handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with varied complaints, responding via various methods.
  • Analyse root causes of complaints and provide feedback.
  • Carry out administrative tasks including calls and emails.
  • Maintain relationships with co-workers and stakeholders.
  • Keep records up to date with sensitivity to GPDR.
