Santander is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based out of the Coventry branch working 21 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8am & 6pm.
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone, assisting with transactions, answering calls, building relationships, developing knowledge of services, and identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
Professional Experience
Starting salary of £24,000 plus an annual cash allowance of £500 to spend on our great range of benefits.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days after 5 years of service. The option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
