Job Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be supporting existing customers with a range of queries regarding their products and services. The role will be mainly telephone based and will be ensuring service level agreements are met and a high standard of customer care. You will be updating customers details and data accordingly, chasing up required documentation and handling any complex issues or complaints. The Successful Applicant

Ideally you have previous customer service experience, however the business can be open and will consider transferable skills and candidates that have worked in retail or hospitality.
