At Stratstone, our Customer Experience Advisors are responsible for managing the influx of new and prospective enquiries received, through calls and all digital channels. You’ll provide customers with a warm introduction to our brand while collecting essential information about their needs and ensuring the enquiry is seamlessly transitioned to one of our seasoned Sales Executives.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with :
  • Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
  • Championing the enquiry process, supporting our Sales Executives with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements, ensuring each interaction is tailored to individual needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with the Digital Expert / Marketing team to provide content for a variety of Social Media streams
  • Providing in-depth insights to our associates about products and technological updates
  • Securely maintaining accurate enquiry information and providing ad-hoc administrative support to our dealership
