A leading bank in Winchester is seeking Customer Service colleagues to work part-time hours. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, assisting customers with transactions and inquiries. The role requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, working 28 hours per week with a starting salary of £24,500 pro-rata, consisting of a base salary of £24,000 pro-rata plus a £500 flexible allowance. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, a listener and problem solver who helps with transactions, technology in the banking hall, phone inquiries, and fraud protection. You’ll have plenty of support in a busy, varied branch environment and work in a multiskilled, flexible role to cover a broad range of activities. You’ll be the eyes and ears of our business.
This is a part-time permanent branch-based role, working 28 hours across Monday to Saturday between 8:00am - 6:00pm. The role is based in our Winchester branch.
