Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lead times is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and expedite requests.
  • Monitor and track customer orders throughout the production lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with production planning, purchasing, and logistics to identify and resolve potential delays.
  • Prioritize and elevate urgent orders, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned on delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order progress and customer communications in ERP and Customer systems.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on order status, backlog, and expedite performance.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring resolution and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of supply chain and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Hours

Monday to Thursday – 8.15am – 5pm

Friday – 8am – 1pm

Pay

Up to £27,000.00 per year
