Wordsmith, Edinburgh-based, is hiring an Enablement Lead to own how customers learn Wordsmith. You’ll manage onboarding, training and enablement end-to-end for lawyers and business users, driving self-sufficiency and confidence in using the platform.

This is an enablement role focused on capability, not delivery, support or renewals. Expect collaboration with Transformation, Customer Success, and Product, in a high-growth, in-person team in Edinburgh.

• Design learning curriculums and ensure clear learning outcomes.
• Confident public speaking in front of lawyers and business users.
• Create self-paced content (courses, guides, videos).
• Organise multiple programmes with attention to detail.
• Read product usage data to identify learning gaps.

Mansioni

• Own customer onboarding and design the onboarding journey.
• Create and teach Legal AI fundamentals curriculum.
• Lead live training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Build a self-paced academy with certifications.
• Maintain and update enablement library as Wordsmith ships.
• Re-enable customers showing stalled adoption.
• Train customer champions and admins to teach others.
• Shape in-app help with product team.
• Measure learning impact and iterate programmes.
