Customer Development Manager

Kenvue is currently recruiting for this position. The role reports to a Senior Customer Development Manager and is based at our Reading office (hybrid working).

Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, Reading, Berkshire. Work Location: Hybrid.

What you will do
  • Report into the Senior Customer Development Manager and have direct P+L ownership for AAH across all categories.
  • Manage one direct report, a Customer Development Executive.
  • Deliver specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets – INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP).
  • Full forecasting and spend management for your business area, making accurate forecasts to your supply team and commercial strategy & planning contacts.
  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with your key contacts, and represent AAH requirements and business strategy to the Kenvue business.
  • Build and lead the total AAH Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for Kenvue & AAH for long‑term sustainable growth.

  • Ability to identify sales‑driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness.
  • Ability to engage your customers and collaborate with Kenvue experts to identify areas of opportunity and alignment to develop strategies that build joint business value.
  • Adapt to evolving business conditions and see them as an opportunity to take calculated risks that enhance business outcomes.
  • Line Management experience is desired, but not essential.
