A leading grocery retailer in Southampton is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to deliver excellent service on the road. This hands-on role requires a valid driving licence and involves maintaining cleanliness, managing deliveries, and engaging positively with customers. Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 per hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum of 12) if requested.
The available times are shown as availability windows. We will schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks notice of shifts. We welcome flexible availability; if your availability closely matches but does not exactly align with advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will meet and talk to customers in their homes. This role involves more than driving—delivering great service with a smile.
It is a hands-on, physical role with variety. Shifts are dynamic; you will largely manage your delivery to customers, with support from managers and colleagues back at base as needed.
