Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months.
• No more than 3 penalty points on your licence.
• Physically capable of loading and delivering goods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and goods to customers within scheduled time slots.
• Load the van safely and keep it clean and organized.
• Talk customers through order changes and substitutions and handle refunds as needed to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide warm, friendly service at the doorstep to build trust with customers.
• Build strong relationships with team members and communicate any issues promptly.
