Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer's time slot with warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Talk customers through substitutions or short-dated items and process refunds when needed.
• Keep the van and equipment clean and organised; build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
