ManpowerGroup in Brentwood is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver (Class 2 - HIAB) to deliver materials to local customers and build strong relationships on the road. HIAB is required for this role and training is provided to obtain certification.

You will ensure safety standards, stay updated on tachographs and delivery administration, and take pride in keeping your vehicle compliant with all relevant standards.

Qualificações

• Class 2 licence required; HIAB certification training provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the road.
• HIAB certification will be supported/training provided if not already held.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering materials to local customers on time and accurately.
• Build strong relationships and act as an ambassador for the brand on the road.
• Maintain health and safety practices, tachographs, training, and delivery administration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering materials to our local customers - making sure they get exactly what they need, when they need it
• Building great relationships on the road - acting as an ambassador for our brand
• Staying up to date with Health & Safety practices - including tachographs, training, and delivery administration
• Taking pride in your vehicle - ensuring it meets all relevant standards

What you’ll bring:

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one - If you have a Class 2 Licence, we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to succeed. What matters most is your positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in. You will also need a HIAB licence for this role.

We offer on-the-job training and opportunities to work towards recognised qualifications, including apprenticeships. We’ll support you to gain your HIAB certification if you don’t already have it. Training will be provided by us, and you’ll become fully qualified to operate HIAB equipment. A training agreement will apply, meaning if you leave the business within a set period after completing the training, you’ll be required to repay the cost.
