Job summary

Huws Gray Limited in Ayr is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver (Hiab). You will deliver building materials safely and on time, representing the company with professionalism on the road.

You'll build relationships, stay compliant with health and safety practices, and ensure your HIAB-equipped vehicle meets standards. Training will be provided and there are development opportunities within the Huws Gray Group.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 2 driving licence.
• HIAB training or willingness to train.
• CPC qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Local multidrop deliveries - no long-haul or overnight deliveries.
• Represent Huws Gray on the road with professional conduct.
• Maintain vehicle standards and comply with health and safety practices.

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Delivery Driver, You’ll Deliver Building Materials To Our Customers Safely And On Time, Representing Huws Gray With Professionalism And Pride. Not Only This

• Building great relationships on the road acting as an ambassador for our brand
• Staying up to date with Health & Safety practices including tachographs, training, and delivery administration
• Taking pride in your vehicle ensuring it meets all relevant standards

What do I need to be successful?

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one – If you have a Class 2 Licence, we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to succeed. What matters most is your positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
