Job summary

Asda in Tilehurst, Reading is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our store team on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll be delivering groceries to customers’ front doors, loading your van, and keeping it tidy for the next delivery.

Afternoons shift, 14 hours per week, with training provided. You’ll need a valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) with up to 6 penalty points, strong customer service, and a flexible, team-focused attitude.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
