Asda is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver in Pentwyn. This part-time, fixed-term role involves delivering groceries door-to-door and supporting store operations with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

You’ll load the van, deliver to customers, and keep the vehicle tidy. When busy, you’ll assist with online order picking and packing, contributing to a smooth customer experience with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload the van and deliver to regular customers with a smile.
• Keep the van clean and fit for the next delivery.
• Assist the team during busy periods, including selecting and packing online orders.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
