Job summary

Asda is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Eastleigh for a part-time, permanent role. You will work daytime shifts, delivering groceries to customers' doors and helping with online order fulfilment, while keeping the van tidy and ready for the next delivery.

You’ll need a valid UK driving licence and a positive, customer-focused attitude. The role offers a supportive team environment and training to help you succeed on the road.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you’re not on the road, you’ll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert mechanic – we’ll give you all the training you need) and whenweare really busy, you’ll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

What you’ll bring:

• A valid UK DrivingLicence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
