The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for resolving a wider range of customer issues, analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and suggesting improvements to the customer support process.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure service quality, timely deliveries, contract compliance and performance.

Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues, manage risks and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Support the negotiation of service agreements ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure alignment and smooth communication across all parties.

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key partners and customers while fostering a culture of cooperation and understanding.

Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, contracts and communications with suppliers and customers.

Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and supplier compliance for senior management.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

Experience working in the water utility industry, specifically smart metering, would be an advantage.

Skilled at building trust and maintaining long‑term relationships with suppliers and/or customers.

Proven ability to manage and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders (internal customers, suppliers).

Ability to assess the commercial impact of delivery decisions.

Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams (developers, engineers) and business stakeholders.

Proven success in managing third‑party suppliers and ensuring end‑to‑end service delivery across the value chain.
