Hawk is seeking a Customer Data Scientist in Greater London to tune AML and fraud detection models for live customer data. You will work directly with Customer Value Partners and customers, communicating complex analytics in plain language and defending your approach in risk and compliance contexts.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders, backtest model changes, and ensure regulatory defensibility while driving measurable business value via reduced false positives and investigator hours

Qualifications

• 5-7 years as a data scientist in a customer-facing role, presenting analysis and defending model decisions directly to clients.

Responsabilités

• Tune and optimize detection models and thresholds against each customer's live transaction data, balancing detection effectiveness against false positive load, not just against a benchmark dataset.
