What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing customer and prospect knowledge to produce actionable analysis
  • Utilising segmentation and data visualisation tools to unlock customer value
  • Leading analysis projects that support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Delivering end‑to‑end customer insight from request to stakeholder presentation
  • Collaborating across teams to embed insights and drive decision‑making
  • Ensuring data compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Applying advanced analytical techniques to forecast and model behaviour
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and maintaining high standards of output
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrating strong SQL skills and experience with tools like SAS or Alteryx
  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders across varied audiences
  • Building effective relationships and influencing decision‑making
  • Applying commercial awareness to analytical outputs
  • Managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines
  • Showing flexibility and openness to change (corrected)
  • Understanding customer needs and behaviours
  • Holding a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (desirable)
