Job summary

Neal's Yard Remedies is seeking a Customer & Consultant Care Advisor in Gillingham, Dorset, for a fixed-term contract until February 2026. You'll support customers and consultants, ensuring friendly and informed interactions.

With strong organisational skills and a passion for service, you'll handle inquiries via phone, manage orders, and become an expert in Gift Card and Loyalty Schemes. The role offers generous benefits and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Two years proven experience in a customer care or service role.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities.
• A friendly, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support both customers and consultants with inquiries.
• Manage orders, returns, and complaints efficiently.
• Track orders and liaise with couriers and third-party services.
