Job summary

The Body Shop in Stratford, London, is seeking a Customer Consultant on a 12‑hour fixed‑term contract and part‑time hours. You will deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor, help customers find products, and uphold The Body Shop values in every interaction.

You will join a team passionate about ethical beauty, natural ingredients, and Community Trade origins, sharing product knowledge and lifestyle guidance while creating a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

As part of our dedicated team of Consultants you will offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will get to learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a rangethat suits their preferencesand lifestyle.
