Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
  • Demonstrate and uphold the company values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Offer expert advice to customers, sharing knowledge about the over 2,000 products, their natural ingredients, and ethical sourcing via Community Trade programmes.
  • Engage proactively with customers, recommend products that match their preferences and lifestyles, and share the Body Shop philosophy.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers – customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
  • Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
