A leading UK banking institution located in Barnsley is seeking a Customer Consultant to join their team. Your duties will include welcoming customers, assisting with digital banking services, and resolving queries. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in technology. This full-time role offers a salary between £23,500 and £25,000, along with excellent benefits such as generous holidays and family leave, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to the community.

If you’re successful in securing a role with us there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime it requires enhanced pre‑employment checks, well ask for six years of regulatory references and once in the role you’ll be subject to periodic employment checks.
