Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.

About the role

Working cross functionally with our key Customers, Logistics Teams, Customer Services and Stocks Planning Team. Key objective is to maximise the profitability of the Customer Contract, by ensuring that service levels are consistently achieved, operational costs are controlled, and our Commercial teams are supported to grow our Brand distribution.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead all operational aspects of the Customer Contract Agreement, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency.
  • Act as the key liaison between CBBV, the Logistics Services Team, and the customer to align expectations and performance.
  • Drive compliance with contractual service standards through SLAs, process adherence, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage logistics costs to serve, ensuring customer compliance and achievement of volume budgets.
  • Challenge customer behaviours to eliminate inefficiencies and improve service delivery.
  • Support Commercial Teams by driving service improvements that enhance brand distribution.
  • Coordinate customer activities (e.g. festivals) with Logistics Services and Stocks Planning teams.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, reverse logistics, and ullage compliance to reduce write-off costs.
  • Lead SKU portfolio management through close collaboration across functions
  • Provide strategic recommendations for contract evolution and lead crisis management to ensure business continuity.

  • Proven track record of driving performance and delivering results through strong execution and a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align customer strategies with business objectives and balance cost vs service.
  • Passionate customer advocate with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and champion customer needs.
  • Skilled in interpreting customer data and turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complexity, and drive change with resilience and optimism.
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a relentless focus on delivering high standards.
  • Experienced in managing escalated issues, including Health & Safety concerns, through to resolution.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills across teams including Logistics, Customer Support, and Planning functions
