Job summary

Toff's Muswell Hill is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service at a fast-paced fish and chip shop. You will help guests, assemble orders through the My Chippy app, and support kitchen operations with hygiene and safety standards.

The role involves day and evening shifts, including weekends, with opportunities to learn, grow and advance within a family-run business that values customer satisfaction and responsible sourcing.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Enthusiastic approach to delivering great service.
• Ability to interact with customers.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To ensure we go above and beyond for our customers by ensuring they are served in a polite, professional manner.
• Assembling orders for takeaway, Click & Collect and Delivery via our 'My Chippy' app.
• Assisting Managers and Fryers to prepare food.
• Supporting good food hygiene practices.
• Supporting best practice for Health & Safety.
