Customer Care Representative – Outbound
Nottingham | Full-Time | 12- month Fixed Term Contract

Are you a compassionate communicator with a commercial mindset? Do you want to make a genuine difference to people’s lives while achieving rewarding results? We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in Nottingham.

About the Role

As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients who have recently undergone major, life-changing surgery. You’ll offer empathetic support, guidance, and solutions—helping each patient access the services and products they need to aid their recovery.

At the same time, you’ll work towards clear KPIs and revenue targets for your own territory, ensuring every interaction delivers both exceptional care and commercial success.

What You’ll Do
  • Building trusting relationships with patients, undertsanding their needs and circumstances
  • Communicating with patients via telephone, email and text.
  • Increasing revenue for your territory through effective territory planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of all customer interactions
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction, conversion, and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • A natural ability to show empathy and sensitivity, particularly when speaking with vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Confident using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Resilient, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
