Customer Care Representative | Multilingual | Up to £26,000

Location: Bridgwater (easily comutible by car or public transport)

Employment Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the single point of contact for B2B customers
  • Process and confirm orders, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
  • Proactively communicate throughout the order cycle
  • Prepare accurate shipping and invoicing documents
  • Adapt documentation to destination-specific requirements
  • Coordinate with warehouses for road and airfreight logistics
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to build strong client relationships
  • Support customers using our digital platforms (EDI, B2B Webstore)
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive growth
  • Provide customs, compliance, and certification documents (MSDS, TDS, Certificates)
  • Manage claims, returns, and corrections efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English + one of: German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or French

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Experience in customer care, order processing, or logistics (B2B preferred)
