Job summary

A Bicester-based recruitment company is seeking a Customer Care Order Processor to join their team. The role involves inputting customer orders, managing queries, and utilizing CRM Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a fixed-term contract with a competitive hourly wage of £14.10, and there's potential for a permanent position.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Bicester-based company as a Customer Care Order Processor. If you enjoy being part of a large team working towards a common goal this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Input customer orders into the ordering system, ensuring all information is up to date
  • Receiving and sorting inbound customer orders ready for processing
  • Preparing and shipping outbound mail
  • Manage and respond to queries
  • Monitor orders and liaise with logistical personnel to ensure delivery times
  • Process orders in compliance with Corporate Work Instructions
  • Validate customer orders and communicate directly with customers when required
  • Scan file customer paperwork
  • Cut & Scan impressions for custom device orders
  • Create and manage order queries in CRM Salesforce
  • Capture customer interactions in CRM Salesforce, including customer complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process orders to meet department quality and productivity targets
  • Develop good rapport with customers
Qualifications
  • Previous data entry experience ideally from a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and fabulous concentration
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle workloads, with a drive to meet and surpass goals
  • Logical approach to work, with excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with colleagues globally
  • Comfortable sitting at a computer and entering data repeatedly
Benefits

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £14.10 per hour
6‑month temporary contract with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
