Customer Care Operative - Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire & Leicestershire

We're seeking a versatile and customer-focused trades professional to join our team, working across the North Midlands, including Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, and Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and delivers a first-rate service to homeowners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Deliver all repairs and maintenance tasks to a consistently high standard.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them updated as work progresses.
  • Take ownership of each job, ensuring it's completed safely, tidily, and on time.
  • Work closely with office-based colleagues to report any recurring or technical issues.
  • Organise materials and resources effectively to minimise downtime.
  • Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, well-stocked, and ready for use.
  • Follow all relevant safety procedures and site requirements.
  • Use initiative and experience to resolve issues independently and support the wider team.
What We're Looking For
