A leading multi‑trade construction company in the South West is looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager to join their team in Exeter.

The Role

As Customer Care Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the customer experience, ensuring a professional, responsive, and high‑quality service for new build and renovation projects across the region. You'll lead a small, dedicated aftercare team, coordinate with internal departments, and use customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the customer care team to deliver first‑class service
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolutions promptly and effectively
  • Liaise with internal site and office teams to ensure smooth aftercare processes
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools
About You
  • Proven experience in customer service management or aftercare
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Construction or property industry experience is highly desirable
  • Driving licence essential; CSCS card advantageous
