Recruit4staff are representing a leading travel business in their search for a Customer Care Executive to work in Chester.

Job Details

  • Pay: £25,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Staff travel discounts, performance-related bonuses, free on-site parking, training and development opportunities, standard pension, 22 days holiday increasing by 1 day each year up to 25 days, Helping Hand medical support.

Job Role: As a Customer Care Executive, you'll thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, using your excellent communication skills to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails. You'll resolve customer queries effectively and professionally, ensuring every customer receives a positive experience to encourage repeat bookings. You'll also manage documentation, booking queries, flight amendments, and crisis support where needed.

Essential Skills, Experience, Or Qualifications

  • Travel industry experience
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced office
  • GCSE English and Maths: Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)

Advantageous Skills, Experience, Or Qualifications

  • GDS experience with Galileo
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy
  • Able to manage a diverse range of duties
