A prominent house building firm based in Northampton is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to provide excellent post-sale customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service within the housing sector and a proactive approach to resolving issues. This is a permanent position with a salary of £31,000, offering a hybrid working model with Monday to Friday hours.
A new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our client, a 5* House Builder, based in the Northampton area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5pm with 1 day working from home.
