Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the property or construction sector.
  • Understanding of the financial implications of building methods and sequences is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the New Homes Quality Code and customer service best practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the customer journey to support the client's drive for 5* customer service.
  • Manage and administer regional customer complaints efficiently.
  • Answer inbound customer calls and ensure enquiries are responded to within agreed SLA timescales.
  • Promote a proactive, high-quality customer service culture across the region.
