A leading jewellery brand in London is seeking a Customer Care Associate to provide an exceptional customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will connect with customers, solve queries, and collaborate with the Operations team. Ideal candidates should have previous customer service experience and excellent interpersonal skills. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £13.85 plus commission.

Location: London, Hybrid (minimum 1 day a week in the office)
Hours: 27 hours per week (part‑time)
£13.85 + commission.
