Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Assistant to join the Sweaty Betty team in London. You will deliver outstanding service across phone, live chat, email and social channels, and act as a product expert to create personalised shopping experiences.

We require 1+ year in customer care, strong communication, and a positive, adaptable attitude. This 3-month contract involves 40 hours per week, with flexible days including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer care or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: this role requires flexibility to work days and weekends and is a 3-month fixed-term contract. Starting date for this role is from 26 October 2026. We only accept full-time applications - you must be available to work 40 hours per week.
