Job summary

A well-established manufacturer in Glossop is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to manage customer orders and ensure a positive experience. We're hiring for a Customer Care Advisor to join a well-established manufacturer based in Glossop.

You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, managing orders from enquiry to delivery and ensuring a smooth, positive experience at every stage.

What will you be doing as a Customer Care Advisor?
  • Managing the sales inbox and processing customer orders accurately
  • Handling calls and emails from new and existing customers
  • Updating customers on order status, shipments and delivery schedules
  • Liaising with internal teams including sales, transport and production
  • Inputting and managing data using SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Supporting the sales team with pricing, quotes and general administration
  • Building relationships with customers to maintain long-term satisfaction
What do you need?
  • Previous order processing/administration experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Confidence with CRM or ERP systems such as SAP
