Customer Care Advisor – No Weekends or Evenings

£25,747 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus.

Monday to Friday 8:55 am to 5:30 pm (8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week). Permanent, full‑time, office‑based. Applicants must live within a one‑hour commute of Barton‑upon‑Humber.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Liaise with showrooms.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries.
  • Build and maintain relationships.
  • Identify and escalated issues to appropriate team members as required.
  • Handle any complaints or issues.
  • Continually strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to commute to Barton‑upon‑Humber daily.
  • Experience in customer service (call centres, retail, hospitality, etc.) is required.
  • Must have experience working towards targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft.
  • Strong organisational skills.
