As a Customer Care Advisor you will be the first point of contact for existing customers. This will be a B2B opportunity where you will be supporting clients with a range of queries, providing excellent support and guidance.
The role will be mainly telephone based. You will work in a busy environment ensuring each query is resolved to the service level agreements and targets set by the business.
You will work alongside other departments and investigate more complex queries, resolving them quickly to avoid escalation.
