Job summary

McDonald's in Manchester is seeking a Customer Care team member to act as the face of the restaurant and ensure a great customer experience. You will maintain cleanliness, greet customers with a smile, and assist with queries to ensure every visit is positive.

Experience is not required as full training will be provided. This on-site role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with opportunities to grow through career development and employee benefits.

This role requires availability to work shifts across various days and times. To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings.
