Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is hiring for a Customer Care role at our restaurant, where your positivity and teamwork help deliver great hospitality and a clean, welcoming space for every guest. You’ll work across weekdays and weekends, including early mornings and late shifts; no prior experience required as full training will be given, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

This role requires availability to work shifts across various days and times. To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings & Overnights.

What does a day as a Customer Care look like?

As Customer Care, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a vital role in delivering a great customer experience.
