Job summary

Morrisons in Bargoed is seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our Replenishment team. This role involves keeping shelves fully stocked in a structured environment with clear routines, ensuring customers can find what they need.

Shifts may start as early as 4am, and you'll also receive training to support other teams like market street or customer service. We look for team players who are ready to help wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Must be over the school leaver’s age.
• Some roles may require you to be over 18 due to health and safety.

Job description

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with all of our wonderful fresh and ambient products.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that help keep everything running smoothly – all to make sure our customers can get what they need, when they need it. Shifts can start from 4am for this role, so please keep this in mind when you’re applying.

You’ll also be trained to support other parts of the store, like our market street or customer service teams, so this is a great role for a team player who is ready to help wherever you’re needed.
