Job summary

Morrisons in Swindon is hiring friendly team members to help serve customers and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll be trained to support multiple store areas, stepping in wherever needed to ensure shoppers get what they want, when they want it.

We value a hands-on, active approach and a willingness to work in a busy, structured environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to join a supportive team and develop retail skills.

We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team, working across the store to serve our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that help keep everything running smoothly - all to make sure our customers can get what they need, when they need it.

You'll be trained to support various parts of the store, so this is a great role for a team player who is ready to help wherever you're needed.
