Sainsbury’s Limited is seeking staff for a part-time, fixed-term assignment at the Hamilton store. 20 hours per week with a nightly shift pattern and a contract end date of 3 January 2027. The role includes stocking shelves, stock movement from warehouse to shopfloor, and potential checkout duties after training.

You’ll work in a fast-paced festive-store environment, with eligibility checks including Right to Work in the UK and a minimum age of 18. A range of store benefits applies.

What you’ll be doing

• Getting the store ready for the day ahead by filling shelves, working at a good steady pace throughout the night and being prepared to work with a variety of product types
• Keeping your workspace tidy for other colleagues and making sure our aisles are clean, presentable and ready for our customers the next day
• Collecting and moving stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor, including heavy equipment and containers
• Working across different parts of the store, which could include chilled and frozen areas
• Using equipment, handsets and digital systems to complete your work accurately and safely
• Helping in other areas when needed, which could include picking online orders or serving customers at checkouts once you’re trained and confident
