Job summary

Bada Bingo in London is seeking a Customer Assistant for an overnight shift from 10pm to 7am. You’ll go above and beyond to deliver friendly, personal service and look after customers as part of our team.

This is a 16-20 hour contract with a £1.50 per hour enhancement for the midnight to 6am window. The club offers wellbeing apps, training, life assurance, a pension, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in face-to-face role.
• Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations.
• Experience handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge.
• Confidence to challenge the way things are done and enforce company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house to bar and kitchen, including housekeeping.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all customers and colleagues.

Join us as a Customer Assistant in our Tooting Club offering a 16-20contract. This is an overnight position working between 10pm and 7am. There is an additional pay ehancement of £1.50 per hour between midnight and 6am.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live

The Winning Combination We’re Looking For

• Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
• Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations when necessary
• Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
• You are confident at challenging the way things are done and can make sure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
