Job summary

Morrisons in Paignton is seeking friendly, hands-on individuals to join our Market Street and Café team. You will prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food while ensuring customers have a special experience every day.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to clear routines. Flexibility and teamwork are essential as you'll also be trained in various store areas.

We offer fully flexible shifts, six weeks holiday, and various employee discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be over the school leavers age to apply.
• Some roles require you to be over 18 due to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food in the Café and Market Street.
• Ensure smooth operations with clear routines and activities.
• Be trained across different store areas, including Replenishment and Customer Service.

We’re looking for friendly, hands‑on people to join our Market Street and Café team, preparing and serving the fresh, high-quality food we’re known for.

From serving meals in our Café to preparing pizzas, fresh fish, or meat on Market Street, you’ll play a big part in making our customers’ experience special every day.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that help keep everything running smoothly – all to make sure our customers can get what they need, when they need it. You’ll also be trained across other areas of the store too, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, so flexibility and teamwork are essential.
